Terms of use
Simple terms for using this website. Project contracts are written separately.
Last updated: October 2026. Draft for adult and legal review before the studio takes on paying clients.
About this site
This site describes the services of Cornerlot Web Studio, a small new studio. Information here is general and isn't a binding offer.
Demo sites
The Fadeaway Barbers, Fieldstone Lawn and Garden and Tidewell Home Cleaning websites are fictional demonstrations. The businesses, phone numbers, prices and addresses are made up. Forms on the demos don't send anything.
Sending an inquiry
Sending an inquiry doesn't create a contract and doesn't oblige you or us to do anything. A project begins only after you approve a written scope.
Prices
Prices on this site are introductory and may change for new projects. Your written scope states the price that applies to you.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the inquiry form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit information about other people without their permission.
No warranty
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is.
