How a project works

Five steps, each one written down, so you always know what happens next.

  1. Send an inquiry

Tell us about your business and what you need. We aim to reply by email within two business days.

  2. Get a written scope

We send the pages, features, price and timeline in plain language. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. Share your content

Send your text, photos and prices. We'll flag anything missing and suggest simple fixes.

  4. Review a working preview

You get a link to click through on your phone and computer, then request revisions as included in your package.

  5. Launch and hand off

We connect your domain, publish, and give you the files and a short guide. You get 14 days of free small fixes.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost?

Our packages are $299, $599 and $999, one-time. You get a written scope with the exact price before you pay anything.

Who owns the website?

You do. We build it for you, and you own the content, the design files we deliver, and the accounts. Hosting and your domain are set up in your name.

Do I need to buy a domain?

If you don't have one, yes. A domain usually costs about $10 to $20 a year and is paid to the registrar of your choice. We'll help you pick and connect it, but you buy it.

How long does it take?

About 5 to 15 business days depending on the package, starting once we have your content and you've approved the scope.

What do you need from me?

Your business name, services and prices, hours, service area, contact details, and any photos or a logo you have. If you're missing something, we'll tell you what's practical.

Can I update it myself?

Yes for simple things. We deliver a short written guide for changing prices, hours and text. For bigger changes, ask for a quote.

What happens after the site launches?

You get 14 days of free small fixes. After that you can ask us for changes at a quoted price, or edit it yourself.

Do you have past clients?

Not yet. We're a new studio, which is why our portfolio is three clearly labeled demos and our prices are introductory.

How do you handle my information?

We collect only what the inquiry form asks for, and use it to reply to you. Read the full details on our privacy page.

Are you a registered company?

Cornerlot Web Studio is a small new studio. The legal setup and contracts are being finalized with adult guidance, and we'll share exactly who you're contracting with in your written scope.
